Upholstered Seat Kits with New Foam

These kits are for both pilot and passenger seats and includes new fabric and foam. Installation will require the seats to be stripped down to the seat frame and mounted with hog rings and/or glue if and where needed.

Foam and material comes with individual burn certification.

As an alternative you can have upholstered seats at an economical cost. You can solve your fabric seat problems with our Cessna pre-upholstered seat cover kits that  are made of  Foam and Naugahyde that is  supplier stock burn tested FAR 25.853. 

Please enquire about the FAA  8110-3 Conformity Compliance.  Upholstery build seats require the FAA 8110-3 papers to be included in aircraft log book. The FAA 8110-3 burn test and certification papers are a separate charge.

Simply strip the old material and foam from the seat and install the new seat covers.

These seat covers are made to slip on over your seat frames. The back cover piece is secured with Velcro on the bottom (not seen when installed).

 The bottom cushion cover is with hog rings as seen in the pictures and video.  The bottom portion of the seat needs to be notched with scissors to accommodate seat legs, etc.  and then secured with the hog rings that are included with order. Please view video.

 Each seat cover has a back pocket with elastic. Covers Install easily. These pre-upholstered seats come with new foam. The covers are designed to be installed easily and quickly. This is a great investment that will enhance the comfort and looks of the inside of an aircraft that is in need of seat upholstery.
